    Betsy Hill is a MODIFY Community Support Specialist who works out of Parkersburg, WV. Betsy holds a Bachelor’s degree for Marshall University in Counseling and Rehabilitation and a Master’s degree in Special Education from West Virginia University. She has been with the MODIFY Program since 2000. Betsy provides post-secondary education and independent living services to former foster youth. Betsy enjoys other people’s success. She feels the people we work for are not successes because they become more educated; they are successes because they have overcome the fear, distrust and pain of their childhood that makes becoming an industrious adult possible.     Rhonda Bills is a MODIFY Community Support Specialist who works out of Huntington, West Virginia. Rhonda holds a MA and a BA from Marshall University. She has been with the MODIFY team since 2002. Rhonda provides post-secondary education and independent living services to former foster youth. Rhonda says she loves the challenges, rewards and complexities of working with teens and young adults. She wants to help others navigate that turbulent, wonderful, uncertain and adventurous time. She has been with the MODIFY team since 2013. Kentia provides post-secondary education and independent living services to former foster youth. Kentia enjoys seeing that the youth in the MODIFY Program are given proper tools and guidance on how to navigate throughout their post-secondary education experience.     Pam Arnett-Staron is a MODIFY Community Support Specialist who works out of Fairmont, West Virginia. Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. Pam joined the MODIFY team in July 2016. Pam provides post-secondary education and independent living services to former foster youth. Pam enjoys giving foster youth the guidance and opportunity to break the cycle and become successful adults. Her favorite quote is "Break the cycle."

    Alison Messer is a NYTD Questionnaire Specialist who works out of Charleston, West Virginia. Alison holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Associates degrees in Legal Office Assisting and Paralegal Studies. She has been with the MODIFY and NYTD team since December 2014. Alison administers the NYTD Questionnaire and provides resources to youth who are or have been in care up to the age of 21. Alison wants to make sure every kid knows that they are important and can be anything as long as they are willing to try. The quote that represents her best is "I think a lot, but I don’t say much,” attributed to Anne Frank.

    Debra Schaible is a NYTD Questionnaire Specialist who works out of Charleston, West Virginia. Debra is working on a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Strayer University and holds a certificate as a Child Development Specialist. She has been with the MODIFY and NYTD team since December 2014. Debra administers the NYTD Questionnaire and provides resources to youth who are or have been in care up to the age of 21. Debra works as a NYTD Specialist because it gives her an opportunity to work with older youth and help them see the potential they have. Debra’s favorite quote is, "If he brings you to it, He’ll bring you thru it!" She also signs everything with a smiley face. ☺

    Tina Faber is the Program Manager for the MODIFY and NYTD Programs and works out of Big Chimney, West Virginia. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from West Virginia University. She has been with the MODIFY Program since November of 2013. Tina manages the MODIFY Program and NYTD Questionnaire project. Tina enjoys seeing the potential in the youth that are served and the passion of her front line team members. Her favorite quote is "Never be afraid to try something new.     Jessica Sammons is the MODIFY Program Assistant who works out of Charleston, West Virginia. Jessica holds a BA from West Virginia Wesleyan College. She has been with the MODIFY team since 2014. Jessica is the program assistant for the MODIFY Program. Jessica has been a program officer for the AmeriCorps programs in the state and has worked in programs related to child welfare and teen pregnancy. Jessica think the MODIFY Program is a good resource and provides great opportunities for youth.
